The Miss Georgia USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Georgia in the Miss USA pageant.

Historically, Georgia has been the eleventh-most successful state at Miss USA and has performed in more recent years, placing eighth on the table of most successful states since 2000 . Georgia is within the top fifteen states in terms of most semifinalist (or better) placings (20) and is one of only seven states to have won more than one Miss Photogenic award.

Despite having a large number of runners-up, no Miss Georgia USA has won the national title.

Four former Miss Georgia Teen USAs went on to win this competition, but only two titleholders has previously competed at Miss America. One represented Connecticut.

The pageant is directed by Miss Tennessee USA 1989, Kim Greenwood.[1]

The current titleholder is Deanna Johnson, who was a contestant on Season 8 of The Voice.
