Fine Gold (formerly, Finegold and Gold) (Mono: moohnih )^[2] is an unincorporated community in Madera County, California.^[1] It is located 6.5 miles (10 km) west-southwest of North Fork,^[3] at an elevation of 1352 feet (412 m).^[1]

A post office operated at Fine Gold from 1881 to 1882.^[3] When the town of Gold was established in 1894, the townsfolk moved there.^[3]
