Spanish Flat is an unincorporated community in Napa County, California.[1] It lies at an elevation of 568 feet (173 m).[1] Spanish Flat is located 9 miles (14.5 km) south of Berryessa Peak.[2]

The graves of the cemetery of Monticello were relocated to Spanish Flat before Monticello was inundated by Lake Berryessa.
