Horní Libochová is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.6 square kilometres (1.8 sq mi), and had a population of 208, as at 3 July 2006.
Horní Libochová lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 41 km (25 mi) east of Jihlava, and 146 km (91 mi) south-east of Prague.
