Double Shoals Cotton Mill, also known as the Double Shoals Manufacturing Company and Lucky Stride Yarn Mill, is a historic cotton mill located at Double Shoals, Cleveland County, North Carolina. The cotton mill was built about 1880, with additions made in 1965 and in the 1970s. It is a 2 1/2-story, brick building with a shallow-pitched, side-gable-roof and Italianate style design elements. Also on the property are a contributing mill race and dam, built about 1880. The building apparently ceased all operation as a mill in the mid-1980s.[2]

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.[1]
