Dobřínsko is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.51 square kilometres (2.13 sq mi), and has a population of 374 (as at 3 July 2006).
Dobřínsko lies approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) north-east of Znojmo, 31 km (19 mi) south-west of Brno, and 176 km (109 mi) south-east of Prague.
