Carman Township is one of eleven townships in Henderson County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 309 and it contained 287 housing units.^[1]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 26.33 square miles (68.2 km²), of which 21.98 square miles (56.9 km²) (or 83.48%) is land and 4.35 square miles (11.3 km²) (or 16.52%) is water.^[1]
