Vlkoš is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.94 square kilometres (3.45 sq mi), and has a population of 721 (as at 3 July 2006).
Vlkoš lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-west of Přerov, 25 km (16 mi) south-east of Olomouc, and 228 km (142 mi) east of Prague.
