Písečné is a village and municipality (obec) in Jindřichův Hradec District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 33.52 square kilometres (12.94 sq mi), and has a population of 562 (as at 31 December 2008).
Písečné lies approximately 39 kilometres (24 mi) south-east of Jindřichův Hradec, 71 km (44 mi) east of České Budějovice, and 146 km (91 mi) south-east of Prague.
