Ricardo Vizcarra Michaca (December 10 1958 – October 11 2016), popularly known as Dick Israel, was a Filipino character actor who played mostly villain and sidekick roles in practically most of Filipino movies. He lately branched out in television playing father and supporting roles. His father was a Spanish Filipino while his mother was a Kapampangan - Filipina mestiza.

On 11 October 2016, Israel suffered blood vomiting, and later died in his home, according to actress Vivian Velez, a member of the Damay Kamay Foundation. He was 68.[1][2][3] Israel was recently seeking help after his residence in Bagong Barrio, Caloocan was damaged in a fire in July of the same year.[4]
