League was split in two halves after 18 rounds.

Notes:
  1. Cirkulane declined promotion and apparently next team(s) did the same so in the end no team from MNZ Ptuj promoted to 3. SNL. Vacant spot was taken by 2nd placed team in MNZ Maribor (why they left 2nd placed team in MNZ Celje out of contention is unclear)
  2. Ormož was additionally relegated because Podvinci were relegated from 3. SNL - North and no team promoted to 3. SNL

1. Class

1. Class (Slovene: 1. razred) was a 5th tier competition in Slovenian football pyramid. The league began on August 29, 2015[1] and ended on June 4, 2016.

League was split in two halves after 18 rounds.
