Zhylyoi District (Kazakh: Жылыой ауданы, Jılıoy awdanı) is a district located in the south-eastern region of Atyrau Region in Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the town of Kulsary.[2] Population: 75,377 (2013 estimate);[1] 70,156 (2009 Census results);[3] 57,052 (1999 Census results).[3]
