Yanaqucha (Quechua yana black, qaqa rock,[2] "black rock", also spelled Yanaccocha) is a mountain at a small lake of that name in the eastern extensions of the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru which reaches a height of approximately 4,600 m (15,092 ft). It is located in the Ancash Region, Huari Province, San Marcos District.[1]

The lake named Yanaqucha lies west of the peak at 9°41′49″S 77°06′14″W / 9.69694°S 77.10389°W / -9.69694; -77.10389.[1]
