Srinivas Kandula is an Indian business executive, entrepreneur, and the current CEO of India operations at Capgemini,[1][2] and the former Member of the Executive Council and Chief People Officer of IGATE’s Global Business Strategy, Human Resources, Quality Management and Marketing portfolios.[3]

Srinivas Kandula Holds a Doctoral Degree from XLRI - Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur.[1][3]
Career
Kandula had joined IGATE in 2007 where he was formerly EVP. He played a key role in the acquisition of Patni by IGATE in 2011 and of IGATE by Capgemini in 2015 and executed the integration processes.[4][5]
