Rómulo Méndez

Rómulo Méndez Molina (born December 21, 1938) is a retired Guatemalan football referee. He was the first Guatemalan referee ever to participate in a World Cup finals,[1] refereeing one match in the 1982 World Cup and one match in the 1986 edition.
