Přehýšov is a village and obec in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 17.26 square kilometres (6.66 sq mi), and has a population of 517 (as at 3 July 2006).
Přehýšov lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) west of Plzeň and 102 km (63 mi) south-west of Prague.
