Lužany is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.44 square kilometres (3.64 sq mi), and has a population of 632 (as at 3 July 2006).
Lužany lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) south of Plzeň and 100 km (62 mi) south-west of Prague.
