Lotyń [ˈlɔtɨɲ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Okonek, within Złotów County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Okonek, 32 km (20 mi) north-west of Złotów, and 134 km (83 mi) north of the regional capital Poznań.

Before 1648 the area was part of Duchy of Pomerania, 1648-1945 Prussia and Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
