Bryce doesn't show up, so Tom calls payphones around the country which results in an hour-long conversation with a man in California named Clem and his daughter.
September 16, 2003	Andrew Earles (as Skag Winesack)	The Best Show On WFMU Song Contest is concluded. Rodriguo, the corrupt drum pin salesman, makes an appearance. Skag Winesack, a hard-boiled private eye calls in.
