International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (Bengali: আন্তর্জাতিক কৃষি ব্যবসায় এবং প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়) is the first non-government university of Dhaka, Bangladesh. It was established in 1991 under the Private University Act 1992.[2] The university started its Degree programs in 1992 with the agreement of Assumption University of Bangkok, Thailand. IUBAT leads by the University Grants Commission Bangladesh. The university is also a full member of Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), London.[3]

IUBAT has signed articulation agreements with 30 institutions in the United States, Canada, England, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Thailand and Australia.

Agreements

The university has an articulation agreement with Indiana Purdue University, Indiana and College of Agriculture of the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, USA. IUBAT offers the 2 years course work under both Purdue University and University of Florida.
