Charlotte Barras (born 26 January 1982) is an English female rugby union player. She represented England at the 2010 Women's Rugby World Cup, she made the only try in their loss to New Zealand in the final.[1] She is a PE teacher.[2]

Barras was a member of the 2009 Rugby World Cup Sevens squad.[3]
