Carlos, Indiana

Carlos is an unincorporated community in Randolph County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. At an elevation of 1,211 feet (369 m) above sea level, it is tied with nearby Bethel as the highest community in Indiana.[1]

History

A post office called Carlos City was established in 1882, the name was changed to Carlos in 1895, and the post office closed in 1976.[2]
