The 2nd Pekan Apresiasi Film Nasional ceremony (formerly Indonesian Film Festival), presented by the Indonesian Film Board (BFI), honored the best film of 1960 and took place in 1960, in Jakarta, during vacuum in five years after the 1st Indonesian Film Festival.

The second ceremony awards were presented by the BFI for 12 categories of the Citra Award. Turang won four awards, followed by Anakku Sajang which won in three categories. For the jury category Best Sound Editing and Mixing were unannounced to the winner.
