The Xiaomi Mi Band 2 is a wearable activity tracker produced by Xiaomi. Xiaomi Mi Band 2 was unveiled during a Xiaomi launch event on 2 June 2016.[1][2] Unlike its predecessor, the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 comes with an OLED screen and a capacitive button. There are no dedicated buttons for initiating a Bluetooth connection. All connections need to be initiated from the Mi Fit App. The Mi Fit app is available for both Android and iOS users. iPad users however need to install the iPhone app in order to configure the Mi Band 2. There are no native app support for Windows Mobile users. Windows users need to install 3rd party apps in order to setup the Mi Band.

Design

The 24/7 activity tracker will come with a 0.42-inch OLED screen which is covered by scratch-resistant glass and an anti-fingerprint coating for an extra layer of protection.[3]
