Women's National Collegiate Athletic Association (Philippines)
Not to be confused with National Collegiate Athletic Association or National Collegiate Athletic Association (Philippines).
The Women's National Collegiate Athletic Association (WNCAA) is an athletic association in the Philippines exclusively for women. It was founded in 1970. Competition is divided into three divisions: Seniors for college students, Juniors for high school students, and Midgets for grade school and first year high school students. Its men's counterpart is the Men's National Collegiate Athletic Association, founded in 2004.
The Season 46 of the WNCAA was started on August 21, 2015, with the opening ceremonies featuring Philippine Volcanoes member Ada Milby as the guest speaker following the tripleheader in Basketball held at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum. PWU was named as the host. [1]
