The white-throated redstart (Phoenicurus schisticeps) is a species of bird in the family Muscicapidae. It is found in Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar, and Nepal.

From Pangolakha Wildlife Sanctuary, East Sikkim, India in alpine snowy meadows.

Its natural habitat is temperate forests.
