Wesley 'Wes' Karl Duncan, (born in 1980 in Sonora, California),[1] is an Republican American politician and the current Nevada Assistant Attorney General. He was a Republican member of the Nevada State Assembly since February 4, 2013 and was re-elected to the State Assembly in November 2014 but resigned before his term started when the newly elected Nevada Attorney General, Adam Laxalt, selected him to be the Assistant Attorney General. Education

Duncan earned his AA from Columbia College, his BA from University of California, Berkeley, and his JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
