Waygal District[2] (Pashto: وایگل ولسوالۍ, Persian: ولسوالی وایگل) is a district of Nuristan Province in eastern Afghanistan. It's mainly made of 8 villages in the valley as following by area and population, Waygal, Zanchgal, Nishigram, Hameshdesh, Akund, Muldesh, Jamach, and Want. People speak Waigali language which is a branch of Dardic language. Pashto and Dari are also widely understood and used as official languages.[3]
