Starting as a single TV Show, WatsUp TV is currently a continental entertainment series of TV shows made for the Pan African Bilingual community with varied shows on various television channels.[1] Its was ranked the 9th most influential program in 2014[2] and in 2015 got ranked the 2nd most influential TV program in Ghana on social Media in the annual Ghana Social Media Rankings.[3]

On 29 September 2016 they launched the WatsUp TV Africa Music Video Awards (WAMVA) in Accra, Ghana.[4]

History

The show was launched on 28 August 2014 at the High Gate Hotel in Accra followed by a public performance by the International Football Freestyler Iya Traore[5] at the Marina Mall.

In July 2016, WatsUp TV launched in Guinea Conakry on Evasion Guinee TV which airs on Canal +.

The Top 10 Naija, Franco Vibes and GH is an epic Video Playlist program that airs top Videos chart that trended during the week in focus onGHone TV every Saturday at 4:30pm.
