Lewis Warren Burtis (1848 - November 4, 1911) was a professional baseball umpire.

Burtis umpired 10 National League games in 1876, all of them as the home plate umpire. The following year in 1877, he umpired 15 games, again all of them as the home plate umpire.[1]
