Vladimir Alexandrovich Dmitriev (Russian: Влади́мир Алекса́ндрович Дми́триев; born August 25, 1953, Moscow) is a Russian businessman and current chairman of Vnesheconombank[1](27 May 2004 - 26 February 2016).[2]
