Vitali Aleksandrovich Lystsov (Russian: Виталий Александрович Лысцов; born 11 July 1995) is a Russian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Portuguese club Tondela, on loan from Benfica.

Club career

A product of FC Lokomotiv Moscow youth department, Lystsov debuted in the Russian Premier League for Lokomotiv Moscow in a match against FC Krasnodar on 24 November 2012.[1]

In 2014, Lystsov joined Portuguese club U.D. Leiria in the third level league.

Benfica

On 2 February 2015, Lystsov joined Portuguese champions S.L. Benfica, on loan from União de Leiria until the end of the season, with a buyout clause, being assigned to the reserve team in Segunda Liga.[2][3] On 8 February, he debuted for Benfica B against Académico de Viseu.[4]

On 31 May 2015, União de Leiria announced that Lystsov had signed a five-year contract with Benfica.[5] On 6 July 2016, he joined Primeira Liga side C.D. Tondela on a season-long loan.[6]
