Vestfossen Idrettsforening is a Norwegian sports club from Vestfossen, Øvre Eiker, Buskerud. It has sections for association football, team handball, Nordic skiing, gymnastics and tennis.

It was founded on 20 January 1910.[2]

The men's football team plays in the Fourth Division, the fifth tier of Norwegian football. It had spells in the Third Division from 1999 to 2003, from 2008 to 2010 and in 2012. The women's team plays in the Third Division.

The club has also been represented in the leadership of Norwegian sports, since Tove Paule represents the club.[3]
