Urmeniş (Hungarian: Mezőörményes) is a commune in Bistriţa-Năsăud County, Romania. It is composed of ten villages: Câmp, Coşeriu, Delureni (Mezőújlak), Fânaţe (Szarvadi szénafűdűlő), Podenii (Kisújlak), Scoabe, Şopteriu (Septér), Urmeniş, Valea (Fundáta) and Valea Mare (Völgytanya).
