Union Landing Shopping Center

Union Landing Shopping Center[1] is an open air shopping mall in the 100-acre redevelopment Dyer Triangle in Union City, California, adjacent to Interstate 880, between Alvarado-Niles Road and Dyer Street and the largest shopping center in the city.[2] The majority of this area was occupied by Union City Drive-In Theater between 1966 and 1998.The Center has two large Pylon signs near 880,The center is in process in future to be rebranded by City Of Union City .

Co-tenants

There are nearly 72 businesses in the center on 38 parcels as well 19 property owners.

Wal-Mart, iFly SF Bay, Office Max, Best Buy, Century 25 Theater complex one of the largest in United States, Petco, Lowe's, Sports Authority, Party City, Babies R Us, Smart & Final and Lucky's. In June 2015 Tuesday Morning opened in the center.

24 Hour Fitness, Target, Home Depot, and City Sports are near the center in Hayward .

Restaurants

Tomatina, Buffalo Wild Wings, Texas Roadhouse, Chevys Fresh Mex, Applebee’s, TGI Friday's, Chili’s, 24-hour IHOP and many other locally owned restaurants.

Fast Chains

Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Krispy Kreme, In-N-Out Burgers Chipotle and Jollibee.

Hotels

Crowne Plaza, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, and Extended Stay America hotels and other dosshouses are located right off I-880 west from the center.

Opening

The project was developed as a venture between SyWest and Gray & Reynolds Properties. Construction started in spring 1998 and was completed in fall 1999.[3]

Union Landing Bus Station

Union City Transit provides service to the center Routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8.
