The Topolog River is a left tributary of the river Olt in Romania. It discharges into the Olt in Galicea. It starts at the confluence of headwaters Izvorul Negoiului and Izvorul Scării. It flows through the communes Sălătrucu, Șuici, Cepari, Tigveni, Ciofrângeni, Poienarii de Argeș, Milcoiu, Nicolae Bălcescu and Galicea.
