The Piano Player is a jazz album by Ramsey Lewis, released on Cadet Records in 1970. The songs were arranged by Charles Stepney and Richard Evans. It was recorded at Ter Mar Studios, Chicago, in November, 1969.

According to MusicHound Jazz, "The fourth collaboration between Ramsey Lewis and Charles Stepney...has yet to be reissued in the CD format, but it was their best."[1]
