The Last Will Be the Last (Italian: Gli ultimi saranno ultimi Italian pronunciation: [ʎ ˈultimi saˈranno ˈultimi]) is a 2015 drama film written and directed by Massimiliano Bruno and starring Paola Cortellesi and Alessandro Gassmann.[2][3]

Plot

In a country of Tuscia (Lazio), Luciana has a stable job in a weaving factory, and is in love with Stefano. Meanwhile in the country comes the shy Antonio, transferred to the police team, following an unfortunate incident during his service in Verona. Meanwhile Luciana is pregnant with Stefano, and so he's fired from the factory, and she begins a very difficult period, because Luciana is in financial straits. Antonio meanwhile suffers the harassment of colleagues, as him because of remorse for the death of his friend surante a military operation: he fails to be conscious at work. Luciana is suddenly no money, also Stefano, pressed by the difficult situation, has a relationship with a friend of Luciana. Luciana sinks ever deeper into despair, and decides to aim an attack at the office of the factory, against his former employer.
