The Beverly Hills (Chinese: 比華利山別墅) is an upscale, private gated community in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong, situated along the coastline with a panoramic view of Tolo Harbour which was developed by Henderson Land Development.[1][2][3] It is named after Beverly Hills, California.

The Beverly Hills comprises 535 terraced, detached and semi-detached multi-storey townhouses ranging up to 11,000 square feet (1,000 m2) in size, all of which include roof-top terraces while some units feature outdoor gardens and private swimming pools.[4][5]

The development includes 500,000 square feet (46,000 m2) of resident amenities such as a heated indoor swimming pool, a resort-style outdoor swimming pool with a spiral water slide, a children's theme park area, a 350-metre indoor go-cart race track, an indoor ski slope, two golf driving ranges, a café, a medical clinic, a pet hotel, a health spa with massage treatment rooms, a private cinema, karaoke rooms, a roller skating rink, a band practice room, and various gymnasium facilities including indoor and outdoor sports courts.[6][7]
