"That's the Way of the World" is a 1990 dance single by British dance producer D Mob featuring singer Cathy Dennis. The single went to number one on the dance charts for one week. "That's the Way of the World" was the second number one dance single for D Mob, where Cathy Dennis performed the vocals and the fourth and final release to reach number one for D Mob.[1]

The video was directed by Howard Greenhalgh.
