Ted Kooshian

Ted Kooshian (born October 8, 1961) is an American, New York based jazz pianist, keyboardist, and composer, who has performed with artists that include Aretha Franklin, Chuck Berry,[1] Marvin Hamlisch, Sarah Brightman,[2] Il Divo. and Blood, Sweat, and Tears.[1] Kooshian has played in many Broadway pit orchestras,[3] and has been a member of the Ed Palermo Big Band[4] since 1994. Originally from San Jose, California, Kooshian has been actively performing since the 1980s.

He has released four albums: Clockwork (2004),[5] Ted Kooshian's Standard Orbit Quartet (2008) (on Summit Records),[6] Underdog, And Other Stories... (2009) (on Summit Records),[7] and Clowns Will Be Arriving (2015) (on Summit Records).[8]
