Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board (TWAD Board) is a public agency formed by the Government of Tamil Nadu, assigned with task of providing water supply and sewerage facilities to the state of Tamil Nadu (except the Chennai Metropolitan Area). It was formed on April 14, 1971.[1]
