Talavady

Talavadi in Talavady Taluk, near by sathyamangalam, Erode District, Tamil Nadu, India, located at 11°46′42″N 77°0′19″E / 11.77833°N 77.00528°E / 11.77833; 77.00528, 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) south of Suvarnavathi Reservoir and cikkola dam on a local road off NH 209, and 18 kilometres (11.2 mi) north of Thalamalai. It is just north of Sathyamangalam tiger Wildllife Sanctuary. This is mainplace of all the surrounded area. Previously part of Sathyamangalam taluk, it was separated & made a Separate Taluk on 26/02/2016. It is Least Populous Taluk of Erode District.

Thalavadi hills is the entry point to Chaamrajnagar of Karnataka, from Coimbatore Via- Ganapathy, Sathyamangalam, Bannari, Thimbam, Binkanahalli which are contiguous to the Kollegal Dam & Reserved Forest areas of Karnataka.

Near Jora Hosur connect to Start Karnataka border of Gundalpet via near Kongalli Malligarjuna Temple center of Forest, Near Bandipur Forest connect via to Mudhumalai Forest.
