Sven Erik Ragnar

Sven Erik Ragnar of Sweden (-October 19,2007[1]) served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Helenelund Scout Center Foundation, as well as Treasurer and Member of the Board of the World Scout Foundation.

In 1993, Ragnar was awarded the 231st Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.
