Stara Ruskołęka [ˈstara ruskɔˈwɛŋka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Andrzejewo, within Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) west of Andrzejewo, 16 km (10 mi) east of Ostrów Mazowiecka, and 102 km (63 mi) north-east of Warsaw.
The village has a population of 390.
