Stacy Elizabeth Sanches, also known as Stacy Sanchez (born September 4, 1973 in Dallas, Texas)[1] is an American model and actress. She is Playboy's Playmate of the Month for March 1995 and Playboy's Playmate of the Year for 1996.[1] In June 1996, she was chosen Playmate of the Month for Playboy's German edition.
Career
Sanches was discovered by Playboy scout Ken Honey while competing in a bikini contest in Hawaii. She was not available to do the photo shoot at the time, but eventually sent Honey a photo album after returning to Dallas.[2] After her first appearance in the magazine, she appeared in numerous Playboy videos and posed for several newsstand Special Editions. Sanches also appeared several times with sister in videos and Special Editions.
Sanches has acting roles in the films On the Line and Desperate But Not Serious.
Personal life
Sanches was born in Dallas, Texas to an Irish-American mother and Spanish-American father. She has one brother and one sister model Kim Sanches and graduated from Lakeview Centennial High School in 1992. Sanches worked for a year and a half at Hooters prior to working for her father's custom pick-up truck business.[2]
