Stínava is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.51 square kilometres (1.74 sq mi), and has a population of 150 (as at 3 July 2006).
Stínava lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of Prostějov, 26 km (16 mi) south-west of Olomouc, and 193 km (120 mi) east of Prague.
