Spencerian College is a for profit career college in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky. Students may receive a certificate, diploma, or associate degree in a variety of Health Sciences fields of study. Instead of two semesters per year, the programs are delivered in four quarters. There are day and evening sessions available in some programs.

It was founded in 1892 as the Spencerian Business School, a private for-profit business school, by Enos Spencer. Spencerian College is now owned by the for-profit Sullivan University System.
