SogoSurvey is a cloud based "SaaS" application to create, distribute, and analyze multi-lingual surveys, forms, polls, quizzes and assessments. The tool can be used to create surveys to determine Employee Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Product Feedback, etc. Customers may design their survey from scratch or use a ready-to-use survey from their survey bank. These surveys can be distributed to the target audience using email, SMS or Social Media such as Twitter, Facebook, etc. When the customer has sufficient responses, they may run real-time reports using SogoSurvey’s robust reporting engine. They have wide variety of reports, including Bar Graphs, Cross Tabs, Individual, and Statistical.[4]

Currently SogoSurvey provides analytics, data processing, and consumer marketing & feedback system to brands such as eBay, Citibank, UNICEF and Marriott.[5]

History

SogoSurvey was founded by Hamid Farooqui and Suhail Farooqui in the year 2013 and is headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, United States. Hamid Farooqui is the CEO of Sogosurevy.[6]

Sogosurvey and Market Research

SogoSurvey is used by researchers in the corporates and academia to understand consumer behavior, get feedback from employees or conduct academic research projects. SogoSurvey provides free license for its paid account (the Plus account) to students and non-profit organizations to conduct their research.[7][8]
