Sofia Amalia Ribbing (1835 – 1894) was a Swedish painter.

She was trained in Sweden but travelled to various cities in Europe and is known for portraits and genre works. She lived in London, Rome, and the Hague.[1] Her early painting Boys Drawing is in the Gothenburg Museum of Art.
